Job Purpose
The successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for the execution and safety of lifting operations.
Main Responsibilities:

• Approve all risk assessments and method statements associated with a lift.
• Select the most appropriate crane/lifting accessories for the job.
• Be responsible for ensuring the work is carried out as safely as possible
• Carry out site visits to assess the site conditions and make recommendations for the safe operation of the crane

The successful candidate will:

• Be experienced in a similar role with good working knowledge of lifting operations and safe working.
• Hold CPCS appointed person competence
• Be a lift supervisor and slinger/signaller ideally
• Have excellent communication skills

• Be customer focused

• Have attention to detail at all times

• Have good IT skills

Experience:

• Lifting Operations: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CPCS Appointed Person competence (required)
• CPCS Slinger/Signaller competence (preferred)
• CPCS Lift Supervisor Competence (preferred
